The South Yorkshire Technical Panel is made up of representatives from South Yorkshire’s four Community Sport Networks and just a few of our National Governing Bodies. The primary role of the South Yorkshire Technical Panel is to make decisions on which applications will be successful for Sportivate Funding in South Yorkshire and those who will not, including the allocation of feedback as appropriate. The Panel is an extremely important part of the South Yorkshire Sportivate Programme and exists to make sure our investment contributes the very best to sport and physical activity development for the population type covered by the programme, matching to the priorities of local organisations and communities. Our panellists have been chosen by hand to make sure this happens! The South Yorkshire Technical Panel meets 6-monthly directly after each funding round to make its decisions.
